I love the game I really do, whatever it takes.
I can’t wait to teach the fundamentals of the game, to explore the concepts and movement that make basketball the greatest game ever.
I can’t wait to hear the sound from the crowd after a victory, the sound of the ball bouncing and the sound of the fans that believes once again.
Most of all, I cant wait to bring twelve individuals into a circle before practice begins,to look in their eyes, and know we are a team.
The game for me is everything even if a win doesn’t feels good as a loss feels bad, and the good feeling doesn’t last as long as the bad. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

The coach’s position is precarious at best. Having proved himself, he is called upon to prove himself again and again. In spite of his constant pressure, a coach must form a philosophy wich enables him to live with himself regardless of the win and loss column.

When I look back at the tapes, your first everything, your first game coached, your first playoff experience, it just seems like it went by really fast. Too fast.

Each one of us has his own evolution of life, and each one of us goes trough different tests which are unique and challenging. We do learn things from each other’s experience that’s why any competition out of your own country is really special.
